Description
White wine to have fun, without fuss. It will perfectly accompany aperitifs and meals with family or friends.
Our opinion: A very fresh, very light white wine. At the level of the nose, it is a fairly nice nose which is both a little heady and easy. We have something very pleasant and sweet. In the mouth, it reminds me of “skinned fruits”: apricots, not too ripe peaches, a little almond side too. It is a very easy wine to drink as an aperitif and a meal.

Respect for the environment, health, product quality and consumer by offering quality wine at the right price, this is the philosophy of Jacques Frelin.
In 1983, Jacques Frelin embarked on the adventure of organic wine with for conviction that a wine (organic in addition) must be naturally good. He then founded one of the first organic wine traders. With his team oenologists, it thus follows up from the vineyard (where it has the possibility select the plots) to the bottle. The location of the domain in Pays d’Oc allows harvesting in the heart of the Languedoc region, south of the Pézenas appellation on soils clay-limestone, grapes that benefit from a Mediterranean climate with exceptional sunshine and a strong wind (mistral) that hunts naturally diseases of the vine.
Born in 1987 around the concept of varietal wines, Pays d’Oc IGP proudly display the colors of a south in France and abroad sunny, with wines now renowned. Between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, Pays d’Oc IGP varietal wines radiate over a vast territory, from the Camargue to the vermeille coast, in the heart of the largest vineyard of France. The freedom offered by this innovative concept of varietal wines, has won over the label’s 30 years of existence over 20,000 winegrowers Languedoc and Roussillon, in the greater Occitania region.
Installed in individual cellars or cooperative cellars on the whole of the four departments of Hérault, Gard, Pyrénées-Orientales, de l ‘Aude and in six municipalities in Lozère, they unleash their creativity to invent new areas of expression.
